Job Summary:
We are looking for a BI Developer with experience in Power BI or Tableau to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. You will work closely with business teams to turn data into insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.

Connect to various data sources and perform data transformations.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

Maintain and optimize data models for performance and scalability.

Work with teams to gather reporting needs and provide insights.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Strong knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.

Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with Excel and other data tools is a plus.

Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical  users
