Job Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Hardware provisioning support for the solution deployment.
Perform the solution installation on all the in-scope environments
Configure the product to be operational as per GIB requirement.
Configure the existing playbook workflows on the solution and suggest others.
Create groups and access permissions.
Integrate the product with existing security controls and ticketing system.
Review and test the integrations
Test the response capabilities
Study the applicability of implementing automated or Semi-automated tasks.
Create dashboards and Report templates as per GIB requirements.
Knowledge transfer (including product administration and user management) along with playbooks and workflows (creation, modification and automation) in addition to dashboard and reports creation.
Monitor the overall operations after implementation and fix possible gaps.
Experience - 5+ years hands on experience
Contract - 12 Months (Extendable)
Preference - Candidates with transferable Iqama
