Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Managed Services Resource to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Cisco voice routers and switches. In this role, you will ensure the seamless performance of voice communication systems, providing high availability, security, and quality for voice traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Cisco voice routers and switches to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network and voice communication issues.
Configure, upgrade, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
Ensure security and compliance for voice network infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement upgrades and resolve technical challenges.
Perform regular health checks and ensure systems are aligned with best practices for performance and security.
Assist with capacity planning, scalability, and system optimization.
Provide technical support and documentation for network configurations and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Cisco voice routers, switches, and Unified Communications solutions (e.g., Cisco Call Manager, Cisco VoIP).
In-depth knowledge of network management, voice quality, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with networking protocols, security practices, and best practices for VoIP networks.
Experience with Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
