About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional having banking experience with a minimum of 1 FAH-GL implementation on Oracle EBS.
We would want you to:
- Have 4-6 years of experience in Oracle applications (Finance, FAH) - Any one or more of the mentioned functional area.
- Experience in banking sector.
- Experience of 1+ end to end Oracle Business Suite R12 and/or Cloud implementations.
- Good understanding of key ERP concepts viz. Chart of Accounts, Organization Structure, Role Based Access Controls, MOAC, Shared Services etc.
- Experience in data migration mapping files and data upload to GL.
Has prepared BP080s, BR100s and MD050s or similar document as per a different implementation methodology. - Execute the UAT test demonstrating a clear understanding of banking sector needs and ERP EBS application capabilities.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with the other functional and technical team members
- Identify product gaps and highlight to vendor for appropriate solution.
- Perform relevant Organizational Change Management activities to ensure stakeholder alignment for better acceptance of change across finance functions.
Requirements from you:
- CA, CS, CMA, CPA or Equivalent MBA
- Certification in Oracle EBS is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills
