Job Description

SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead required to lead and/or participates in the organizational change and learning portions of large-scale SAP engagements involving technology change, process change, organizational change, and business transformation. They will have direct accountability for the scope, quality, and financials of the OCM portion of the project, provides hands-on leadership and direction and lead and/or deliver client business transformation services related to the SAP initiative such as organization design, executive alignment, value-driven transformation, value realization, business case development, and performance measurement. It is a hands-on consulting delivery role to provide the people and organizational focus that helps enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation. Responsibilities include developing strategy and detailed plans, then delivering across the various SAP OCM work streams: change management, benefits realization, communication, stakeholder management, organization design, and culture transformation. The SAP OCM consultant often leads the change management team and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments.

 

Job Skills

 

• They will understand OCM framework, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive SAP solutions that transform the client's business. Background and experience should include
• Proven leadership of OCM portions of SAP engagements across all project phases, including "cradle-to-grave" OCM leadership roles
• Experience with Business Transformation activities
• Management Consulting experience, preferably in a top-tier consulting firm
  
   

Experience Required

 

• A minimum of 12 + years Software consulting and of SAP experience
• A minimum of 7 years of project management /Organization Change Management experience or equivalent
• Graduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited and well-known university
• Proven record of excellent performance
• Proficiency with project management tools used by the enterprise
• Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and team members.
• Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, HR management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping
• Prior experience in managing SAP implementations from inception to timely completion and experience in handling support projects.
• Excellent conflict management skills.
