Job Description

The SAP-RE-FX Functional consultant should involve Fit to Standard workshop, Blueprint and documentation and system design, configuration, testing, identify delta requirement, implementation and user Training to support the SAP RE-FX functions of our customers according to specification and Schedules with quality requirements.

Skills

Technical/Functional Skills: 
 

• SAP RE-FX Lead
• Good knowledge in SAP FI Integration
• Ability to map the user requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system
• Additionally, SAP FI-CO and/or FI-AA experience would be an asset.
  
  Experience Required
   
• A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience within the SAP RE-FX.
• Participation in at least 2 full cycle implementations within SAP RE-FX.
• Must have experience in Integration with SAP -FI like SAP AA.
• Must worked on SAP S/4HANA Implementation. Should have working experience on new Capabilities.
• Should Involved and Prepared the WRICEF- Enhancement in REFX 7 Strong Knowledge in IFRS16.
• Should have knowledge in Portfolio Management Real Estate Analytics, Master Data Management, Business Entity, Building, Rental Object, Business partner Usage Architectural Views of Master Data, Commercial Real Estate Management, Real Estate Search, Lease Management, Condition Corporate Real Estate Management.
• Ability to work Independently as well as Multi-task
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Good to have knowledge in activating the Standard Fiori Apps of RE-FX Processes.
