Position: SAP SF Learning Management Consultant

Employment Type: Full time (Contract)
Listed below are the primary responsibilities of the consultant:
1. At least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
2. Certified in SuccessFactors LMS Module
3. Have completed a minimum 5 end to end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, which should include
• Interaction with clients across multiple countries to gather business requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions.
• Domain knowledge of Human Capital Management processes.
• Expert level in SAP SuccessFactors implementation of Learning Management System.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Modules.
• Perform the Configuration changes to business processes.
• Update/Develop custom forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Support the integration from a functional perspective
• Knowledge of database tables/data elements in SAP to support data extraction, mapping, and transformation
4. Good to have Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
5. Good Communication and Presentation Skills
6. Provide Business Consulting for customers
7. Provide Training and Training Material
